Uniform Committee - 2 or 3 volunteers.  We need some parents who are ORGANIZED who can catalogue the sizes of men’s tuxedos in an organized fashion and can create an organized list of our inventory and what has been loaned out to the men.  Need daytime availability to come in during class, measure men and new women.  Give me a list of sizes to order.

Copyright volunteer - 1 person needed to obtain copyrights so that we can copy and distribute music that is recorded this year

Fall Concert - 3 volunteers - Arrive an hour and a half early.  Duties include monitoring the doors to keep the audience out while we warm up, monitor the students during the performance, and stay 1/2 hour afterwards to monitor the clean up process.

Rialto Concert - We need 4 volunteers to assist with the meal, 6 volunteers to ride the buses with the students (3 of the bus volunteers should be Cobb County Schools employees), 2 volunteers to assist with moving the students backstage.  The backstage monitors will not be able to watch the concert from the audience, and will not have to purchase tickets to attend the concert.

Rising Stars Concert - 3 volunteers - Arrive an hour and a half early.  Duties include monitoring the doors to keep the audience out while we warm up, monitor the students during the performance, and stay 1/2 hour afterwards to monitor the clean up process.

Large Performance Evaluation - We need 15 volunteers to help out in various capacities over a two day period.  Duties will include assisting with the meals for judges and students, working the registration desk and chaperoning our students.

Cabaret - We need 20 volunteers to help in various capacities over a 5 day period.  Duties will include assisting with meals during tech week, selling tickets during lunch, selling and taking tickets at the door, selling baked goods, flowers, etc.
